The Tungsten Carbide & Ceramic Burrs are now cut both ways, ensuring a smoother grind in both clock wise and anti clockwise rotation.
 
Please note that the coarse cut on the burrs is quite coarse and would be only suitible for markedly thickened/gyphotic nails.
